Rugs were ready a lot faster than estimated. The 2 for 1 deal is great. They unloaded the rugs from my car and the same when I picked them up - loaded right into my car for me. Great service and friendly.

Our rugs have had a lot of traffic over the past 8 years!! While they have been cleaned many times they never looked like new again, mostly because matted down. After taking them in to Hagopian, they literally look like new. They feel so thick and plush again! Very happy with their service and will definitely use them again. Hagopian does a excellent job cleaning rugs.Mohamed does the best job repairing rugs from replacing fringe to reweaving worn spots and fixing holes. Very helpful and knowledgeable. The best in Ann Arbor.
