I had hired another company to clean my floors and grout. They showed up but where unable to do the job since the floors were made from stone. I was so disappointed bc i had moved all the furniture and schedule a day off for this. I called ann arbor rug and carpet cleaner to inquire about their services and told them about the situation. They were so kind and arranged to send someone out that same day!!! They were able to clean my floors and they now look fantastic!
They cleaned the carpet in my former dog's room and future nursery. The carpet was like new when they were done and I felt very comfortable that it was sanitary for our baby. The two employees were very courteous and professional!
