We chose Momentum Construction for our kitchen remodel in Ann Arbor, MI after meeting with several home remodeling companies. From our very first conversation with Adam, we got the distinct impression that Momentum genuinely cared about winning our business and would put great attention and care into the work. Momentum Construction did a FABULOUS job building a new home for us. They faced multiple challenges in 2021 as the affects of COVID hit all of the construction industry. Adam did a great job handling the financial and bidding side of the project. Drew did a great job of coordinating all the trades and getting all the details wrapped up. His attention to detail excellent. Adam & Drew both did a great job of communicating, and their on-line tracking software made keeping track of the project easy. We hired Momentum to construct a 3-seasons room off of our living room. The entire team was always kind, professional, and detailed. They designed and built the addition all the while continuously checking in to make sure we were happy with everything. They were quick to address any concerns we had. All subcontractors used were also friendly and professional. We are very happy with the finished product and will be hiring them for future projects. Several people in our neighborhood have hired them for various home projects and I only ever hear good things from my neighbors as well.
