Called Ken Cook in the morning and they were able to come by that afternoon. The plumber diagnosed the job quickly and repaired the probelm in a timely fashion. Fair pricing and good quality work. I will use them again.Service: Faucet repair

Great first experience. They got someone out to my house right away to enable another team of contractors to get their work done. Also the plumber who came out came up with a quick solution to my problem which was better than the initial idea proposed.

Ken Cook Plumbing has done a utility sink install for us in our basement - which was perfect, but I'm writing because our sump pump failed last week. They couldn't get out to us, because EVERY plumber in the area was fully, fully booked, but Russ took the time to talk to me, talk me through exactly what we needed to do, looked up products and stock at Lowes, and even asked, at the end of the conversation, 'Do you have any help there?' My husband was at work and totally unavailable, and I have six kids at home, including a toddler and an infant.
