“I recently participated in a group training session at Train. With Happy Hour Athletics and it was an amazing experience! Tran, the trainer, is highly knowledgeable and created a supportive and motivating environment throughout the entire session.
The group training format was fantastic because it allowed for interaction and collaboration with other participants. It was great to work alongside like-minded individuals who shared similar fitness goals. The trainer is so excellent at adapting the exercises to accommodate different fitness levels, ensuring that everyone felt challenged and engaged.
The training sessions were well-structured and focused on a variety of exercises that targeted different muscle groups. The trainer provided clear instructions and guidance, ensuring proper form and technique. I could really feel the benefits of the workouts, both in terms of strength and endurance.

Clarendon Personal hit all these in just the first session and every session I continue to take.I am someone who can tend to want to slip off my fitness journey every now and then but with them… nope, they pushed-me, encouraged me, reminded me of what I’m capable of, and were so consistent with their communication in and out of the center, that I ALWAYS felt so welcomed and appreciated going to work out with them. My body thanked me each time after the sessions, even though I did feel sore and felt every body part being put to work …it felt amazing because I felt i was getting my moneys worth and felt like I accomplished workouts I wouldn’t of ever thought I would do. I love that they emphasize health in its entirety--including sleep, nutrition, stretching/flexibility, muscle growth, fat loss (if that's your goal) and even a positive mental health. Michaela, in particular, has been an absolute blessing to my health and wellbeing. She is always ready to adjust my workouts based on my ongoing injuries and soreness, and has even implemented more mobility work to help with my injuries. His work with me has evolved with every week and every new concern/area of focus. He has a very personalized approach to meet the needs of my body. There are traditional chiropractic movements, but also body work, massage, and Webster Technique additions. Dr. Schreffler is kind, empathetic, knowledgeable (and shares this knowledge) proactively and makes me feel very comfortable (and my body feel better after every session). I've seen a few chiropractors and Dr. Schreffler is the best for me! Would highly recommend if you are looking for a thoughtful approach.“

9305 Old Georgetown Rd, Bethesda““I have been training with Eric for the past three months and I have been very pleased with the results as well with Eric's approach.I started looking for a personal trainer months before I met Eric because I had gained weight, had little energy, and felt that my fitness and health were not good.I wanted to get back into the condition that I had been in most of my life.I trained with a couple of other trainers who did not listen to my needs and requests and tried to get me to do exercises with which I felt uncomfortable performing.Before I trained with Eric I explained to him what my needs, interests, and goals were, and explained my medical history.Eric listened to me and formulated a program with which I felt very comfortable. Actually, his program was very demanding, but I only performed exercises with which I felt comfortable. I understood the reasons for each exercise, and understood the basis for the regime. After each session, I feel invigorated. I am always left with a sense of balance and accomplishment. My energy greatly increased after training for only a couple weeks. I have lost significant weight and I feel stronger and firmer. I believe that Eric's background as an internal medicine physician sets him apart from other trainers. “Almost two years ago I became a member of a Life Time facility located on Seven Locks in Potomac, Maryland. With the guidance and help of the incredible personal trainers, I was accomplishing my health and fitness resolutions.
Several weeks ago, I stepped into a renovated Life Time Potomac facility. I was impressed by the beautiful and tasteful changes in the appearance of rooms on the main floor. This is a demonstration of the staff's dedication to the user experience.
The improved and new equipment, programs, and other offerings will attract more guests and keep current members interested in coming back. Some of the empty areas were transformed into places of multiple activities. A welcoming atmosphere with friendly and experienced staff creates a great place for physical activities and relaxation. Newly installed places for hydromassage provide additional benefits and comfort for the users.“
