Wil is an awesome trainer. He’s very knowledgeable, kind, and motivating. I’ve become stronger and more muscular because of him. I can’t imagine working with someone more professional and qualified. He’s highly recommended.

Wil is a fantastic trainer and great guy! He continues to develop workout programs to increase strength, improve health and lose weight.Wil is very enthusiastic and fun loving which makes the workouts enjoyable. He utilizes his knowledge to create ideal workouts that are custom to the individual. He routinely asks questions about your goals and works with you to achieve those goals.During Covid, we switched the gym workouts to video training. It is impressive how much motivation Wil generates as he provides positive support through the video.
