So, when my maternal grandmother recently passed, they were the ones I reached out to. It was late at night and the answering service took my message. The funeral director on call that night called me back right away and expressed her condolences. Shelby helped me sort out the initial steps that night and made the arrangements to have my grandmother picked up from the nursing home. He was very kind and thoughtful. Gave us a relaxed atmosphere to make the decisions we thought best for my grandmother. Eric took care of all the details and coordinated with the cemetery.
