The entire staff from Going home were transparent and very affectionate. The office and bathroom is clean and very well put together. My first encounter with Mr. Andrew was peaceful and comforting. Once my family decided to proceed it was an effective smooth experience. I was updated in everything. Ms. Trudy, Mr. Jon, Mr. Kevin and Mr. Tom were professional and a good team of people to have during our sad moment. They understood our Eritrean culture and were very respectful. During the viewing, we were amazed how dad looked. Mr. Jon did a superb job on dad. He exceeded our expectation. God bless you all and thank you so much for your kindness. Service was kind and respectful. However, I did call a bit after to find out if fingerprints are taken of the decedent and received no response. I wanted to get a piece of jewelry made for mother.

Going Home is an excellent business that made our hard experience easy and smooth to handle. Their services are superb and the attention to detail is impressive. Unfortunately, we needed their services twice within 3 months to put my grandparents to rest. I have one person in particular that I would like to point out and his name is John. He is a genuine soul that was able to give us comfort and assurance that every detail of the funeral was taken care of. We appreciate people like him to be in this type of business, because he makes the whole experience a wonderful one to forever remember. I strongly recommend Going Home services when you need it.
