“I believe it was Dr Patel (my eyesight is so bad without contacts I'm not actually sure who has been seeing me and I'm terrible with names), but whoever she was has been super kind. When I came in a year early she insisted on refunding me even though they had already done everything and still gave me a full checkup. The one downside is there is usually a fairly long wait in the exam room itself, but I think that is the result of giving each patient as long as they need, rather than rushing them out the door, so it is worth it. A genuine thank you to the kind doctors and staff!“

The shopping experience was just like the ads, I came in on 06/28 around 5:40 (not knowing they are closing soon) to try on the glasses I found online. The two ladies who helped me took the time to find the pairs of glasses and recommend which they would like to see me in. “By far the best customer service I've had for eyeglasses. Let me start off saying, they are not the cheapest. Before you move on, I've shopped at dozens of retailers, especially the big franchises that have ZERO incentive to help you. I didn't even know frames had warranty until I walked into eyeland. All the money and time I wasted at the franchises is easily in the hundreds, with no one to guide me on the options etc. I'll gladly pay the premium everytime for glasses I'm using everyday“

“Found Dr. Ephraim after finding him recommended by neighbors and had a perfect experience. I had been doing to another practice for a couple years, but they seemed to be focused more on senior patients and it was a cumbersome process. My experience with Dr. Ephraim was 5-stars across the board! He was timely, there was never any waiting, and it was overall an extremely pleasant, easy process. There was no puff of air (argh! thank goodness), yet he had technology that I've never had used on me from other places that was able to show detailed digital images of my eyes and its cones, etc. He prioritized both the health aspect of my eyes as well as the accuracy and optimization of the prescription which was exactly what I was hoping for. There was no pressure to buy glasses or contacts from them, which I appreciated. Dr. Ephraim was also super-personable and funny, and his staff was efficient and professional. I paid out of pocket because I didn't like the experience I had elsewhere, and it was worth it, but he does take multiple vision insurance providers. Note: I did originally have trouble connecting with them for an appointment and didn't get an answer the first couple times. I called a bit earlier and that helped to finally connect.“
