I went first thing in am store I was only customer, was greeted warmly, Opticians were friendly and smiling, i made it easy by having a list of frames i wanted to try so she had me sit at table and brought glasses to me, i selected frames i wanted she gave me lens options and I was done pretty much 15 minutes selected 4 pairs! Very happy with overall experience.

My recent appointment at Warby Parker Union Market reminded why... excellent customer service from the moment you walk into the store, an optometrist who explains things clearly and patiently answers your questions, and affordable glasses.
Great selection of $99 frames that include single vision lenses. Blue light coating extra. Friendly super helpful and KNOWLEDGEABLE staff. I have purchased all my reading glasses at WB for years now. Very happy they opened in the Union Market area. Parking is tough; walk or bike there if you can!
