After all, we only get one pair of them. They have such a huge variety of glasses to choose from. I'm absolutely in love with that. Dr. Thompson also is very engaging and personable with me and I greatly appreciate that. I may only see her once a year but I greatly appreciate it and everything her office does for us, she's phenomenal. So elated I found someone with a genuine passion for their job. “Had a wonderful experience working with Bianca, Manny, and Kevin (the manager) at this location. They each provided great input and suggestions while I debated on what frames to get. While my original frames didn't land up working out, Kevin was quick to assist me in exchanging it for a frame that was better suited for my face and high prescription. Every time my husband and I have come in, the staff has always been very welcoming and personable. Glad to have such a great staff so close by!“

“I scheduled an eye exam and intended to purchase new frames. This was my first visit to Lens Crafters. I have been a loyal customer of one of their competitors but decided to give them a try by recommendation. I was delighted with everything, including the staff. You're acknowledged as soon as you come in. Everyone was amicable and very knowledgeable about the products. Eric explained the pre-examination test step by step and what each test was for. Dr. Lee was great, and she took her time, asked questions, and explained every step of the way. I selected a pair of frames before sitting with Faith. She selected another pair that fit my face much better, and I fell in love with them. She definitely knows the products and what may be best for the customer. Overall the team there is fantastic. I will be back at this location for my next exam.“
