I live in an older house and my water heater is in a crawlspace under my house- not a great spot for it if you need it replaced. “I’ve known Joe Pasco for a long time and knowing how particular he is I didn’t hesitate in calling him and Bay Area Mechanical when my 30 year old system was going out. He sent Adam out to size everything up and they installed a new TRANE system the following week. The installers showed up on time and did everything in 7 hours start to finish.
