Quality Refrigeration deserves 5 stars based on their customer service and service team. I've called several different appliance companies and I was redirected to another company stating they do not repair certain commercial appliances before I could even tell them what is actually wrong. Quality Refrigeration understood our needs, squeezed me into the schedule, and ensure I would be taken care of. The Technician Patrick was very knowledgable and experienced in his field. He took time to explain his findings and gave great suggestion on how to maintain each appliance. After a poor experience with Angi, I called Quality Refrigeration Services to service our cool box. It turned out it did not need Freon which "a professional" from Angi have diagnosed and suggested. It needed something entirely different. A big thumbs up to Anthony and Patrick for their real "professional" services!
