We needed emergency service as our family was coming into town. We called in the morning and Scott arrived around 2pm that afternoon. It's apparent that Scott is dedicated to his work and he values creating a positive customer experience. 10/10... our air is nice and cold now. Thank you, Scott!

The last time I used Future Tech was the day of the big freeze just before Christmas of 2022. My heat had gone out the day before and Scott was able to make it out the next morning and get my furnace going again.I have used Future Tech for years. I have a few rental properties as well as my home, so I have had a fair number of experiences with Scot, both repairs and new installs.He is honest and very reasonable for both repairs and installations. I don't even request an estimate first.
