Professional and honest. Something wasn’t done correctly the first time, when brought to the attention of the owner he came and looked at it his self described what wasn’t done correctly and made it right. Transparency means a lot. All his guys have been great too.
I am not one to give praise freely, especially when it comes to contractors! That stated, I was very pleased with the outcome of my HVAC replacement contracted with Complete Climate. Michael came out personally to give comparative estimates for the replacement of my central heat pump versus changing to a ductless system (which will allow me to remove unsightly ductwork from my home as part of a future project). Was very thorough in checking the wiring of my furnace after the previous company just replaced the parts. Worked with me and the tenant to make sure furnace worked after repairing. Highly recommend.
