After a poor experience with my home warranty company, and being assigned to 2 previous contractors, I was assigned to Trinity Mechanical Services to fix my broken water heater. We have a 3-month-old baby and wanted to get this resolved fast. Steve was extremely professional, courteous, and pleasant to work with. He called and kept me updated every step of the way. He went out of his way to make sure the job was completed as quickly as possible. Most importantly, he was honest with the work that needed to be performed and upfront on the pricing. Steve and Jeff were a huge help with a situation I was having trouble getting someone to come and look at. They were both very kind, personable and knowledgeable. I can happily say I have a new HVAC company to recommend!!!
