Amazing services! I been coming here for almost 2.5 years for electrolysis on my face. Jael understood I had pcos and was very informative & honest with me. One thing that was told to me was the only way I was going to see a change, is if I was consistent. And I was! Went from 1h 15 min sessions every week to now 15 min weekly sessions. I could go biweekly if i wanted to, but i love my visits with Jael! Highly recommended for electrolysis! The office is super clean and Jael is so pressional.
This was my first filler and Botox experience ever, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Alexis truly takes the time to discuss with you and set realistic expectations, she also really listens to what you’re looking for as the outcome. She was very gentle, and I am loving my results so far!

I went to Style and Grace as a walk in as was in the area. When I arrived there the staff was extremely welcoming. The owner, was able to accommodate me and provide me with color and a silk press I have really coarse 4c hair with a lot of split ends She explained the process step by step, she also did a strain test to ensure I was not allergic and my hair was strong enough to tolerate the bleach. I was so scared but I definitely trusted her I felt so at ease We didn't finishing until 12 am and during the process she made me feel so welcomed, offered me a snack and drinks we laughed and Ate and had a great time. I felt confident in her work and loved the results. I highly recommend and will be coming back. Got so many compliments!!

My hair was so short and there was no way I was cutting off more to fix the unevenness and missing patches through out. I googled the best places in Worcester to get extensions and the pigment lab was the first place that popped up. I looked at others but ultimately messaged the pigment salon Saturday late afternoon and they got back to be right way! Although not opened on Monday Marissa made me a consultation appointment for Monday. She colored matched my hair and we ordered the hair that day and arrived two days later. After being traumatized by my last experience I was really nervous about getting my hair done. My hair looks beautiful and feels amazing.This was honestly the best experience I ever had in a salon EVER! Marissa was so nice and helpful and so knowledgeable about everything I asked her. I will never go anywhere else after seeing what my hair is capable of looking like when done by such a talented hairstylist.

I went to a place in Boston for years for my color and extensions, but the commute was killing me. I was told by my stylist that the ONLY person who knows what they are doing in the Worcester area was Amanda! I have been going to Amanda for a few years now and she does an amazing job- Boston quality service just 15 min from my house! I wish I had found her sooner! She books up quickly and like 6+ weeks out so I have to call well in advance to make sure I get the dates/times I need, but she is worth it!

I had my hair cut by Jennalee and had such a good experience!! The environment there was really comfortable and nice and she was really easy to talk to. The haircut is awesome I've been looking to get my hair done by someone who understands what i'm looking for (im a queer person who has found that at a lot of other salons i've been to just don't seem to capture what i'm trying to get) and i overall just had such a lovely time and will definitely be going back there whenever i want my hair done!!!

Pamela is also very good and does my eyebrows too. Roxanne is another stylist and does a great job. If your’re looking for a change try any one there.

Stylist: My stylist, Chris, was fantastic, he accommodated me at the end of the day when my appointment with another stylist fell through. He was friendly and didn't rush, giving me a beautiful style and blowout exactly as I'd pictured it. He was happy to share advice, when asked, on how to keep my hair clean and healthy which I'm eager to try out! He's relatively new to the salon so this was my first experience with him but he has been cutting and styling hair for years and you can tell how experienced he is through his technique and the ease he exhibits. The barber Will was so kind, and agreed to take us very last minute in the late evening hour. Will managed to not just repair, but make a really cool haircut out of a horror of a hack job. In my case she rose to the challenge of me giving her two seemingly contradictory requests about my hair cut. I thought that I'd have to accept a compromise. Nope. As a master of her craft with a sophisticated eye she has helped me evolve my idea of how I want my hair to look and now I have a cut that I like even more than what I was imagining. I had never gotten a spray tan before, so I was obviously a little nervous. Ryanne immediately made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. She was very informative and has a good vibe. It’s not easy getting almost completely naked in front of a stranger, but she made me feel as ease, and it was a walk in the park! I came back for another tan before my wedding. She even offered to come in when the place was closed for me if necessary. I got so many compliments on how natural it looked; no one thought I had gotten a spray tan. Thank you, Ryanne! I went 2 weeks ago for pedicure and Linda took her time with doing it thoroughly! She did an amazing job. I went back for a deep manicure because my nails have become very brittle and now ruined and I told her my concerns and even though it was just a regular manicure, she went above and beyond to make them look normal and beyond amazing compared to how they were. She also provided advice and products for purchase to help with the nail repair. I have found my nail place and can't wait to bring my mom and friends here. Amazing customer service and clean!!

Linda was so sweet, she started the water for me while she was finishing her guest- it was much more relaxing than waiting in the waiting area, I really appreciated that! I can't emphasize enough how awesome this place is, and my experience here! Antonio is extremely friendly and professional, especially when it got to the 6th hour of the tattoo and I was really feeling the burn. He let me take breaks when I needed it, checked in to make sure I was doing okay, and even offered to book me for a different day if the pain got too intense. His studio was calm and clean, and he was extremely careful about changing his gloves if he touched something. Not to mention all his designs are INSANE, I am so so so thrilled with the one he did for me! The best tattooing experience I've ever had, and if I ever want another, I'm definitely going to be booking with him again! Thank you so much Antonio!!

We've hired Jason (All Bases Covered) for a few different jobs now and have found him to be reliable and provide nothing but quality service. After leaving voicemails with six different plumbers about a small/non-emergency job, he was the only one to call back within a day. The others took over a week to call back, if at all. I would highly recommend for any job/fix you have, big or small.

I just had some plumbing work done with this company. I called early this morning (6:30). Zach called me back within a few short minutes. I was told they would see me between 10 and 2. At noonish Cooper showed up (calling ahead of time). He is very professional. Worked at replacing a small item in my toilet tank. He then looked at my two outside faucets that have been leaking. He fixed both within 10 or so minutes. All old parts were taken away. I highly recommend this company. Thank you so much. You have a very happy new customer.

They might as well have been wearing superhero capes as they solved a serious problem regarding a leaking radiator in a recently purchased home built in 1941. We were fortunate that Gauthier had serviced this home with a previous owner and they were familiar with the system. What impressed us (in addition to expert experience and problem solving) was that we were educated how to adjust the radiators to assure that they work appropriately in the future and avoid additional problems. Make them your first call. I LOVE our 7 year old LG fridge but we started to have an issue with the defrost feature on the freezer fan, so after a month of defrosting the fan with a hair dryer and hoping for the best, we finally had to have someone come look. The first person tried but couldn't fix it, said they don't make the parts anymore and didn't put it back correctly which made the freezer stop cooling and ice maker stop working. We reached out to LG directly hoping their tech could fix it, but they use 3rd party people and the only "LG techs" were in lower CT and the scheduling was a NIGHTMARE because they wouldn't come this way unless they had other jobs. I was still determined because I did NOT want other fridge so we called Harrity's. He said he knew what the issue was, ordered parts, and came back within a week to install them. I was skeptical because of the issues the first guy had and "no one wants to work on a LG"..... but he did it. He fixed our fridge on the first try, at a very fair price, and in a very timely manner. We couldn't be happier and I wish we had called them first to avoid the headaches.

Nick was great. 1/3 the cost of getting a key then the dealer. I lost my 2015 suburu cross trek key. The dealer wants crazy money to get a single replacement. Cardona Builders lead by Romeo did an excellent job on our front porch renovation. Our new stairs look great and the porch/front doors paint job as well. The team even cleaned our gutters upon request. Cardona worked in a timely fashion despite the City of Boston being slow with the permit process. Romeo visited our project nearly daily to check on progress and answer our questions. I wanted to share my review because of the several positive aspects of the second story deck project FS Construction completed for us. It also involved replacing a window with a patio door. When we did our initial research, we felt overwhelmed with the amount of options and had not heard quotes back from several other local companies. FS Construction responded very quickly and offered to come out onsite wearing masks to give us a sense of our options. They provided multiple estimates for different types of wood for the deck and sent a quote over after we settled on our choice.They started the project the next day and we were able to complete the project in about 5 days. They communicated well with us throughout the construction and were responsive when questions came up. We are happy with the result and look forward to using our new outdoor space. Thanks!

Steve removed a lot of trees from my back yard, and he gave me a very fair price. It was a difficult job as my back yard was only accessible from my neighbor's property. And while my neighbor allowed access, that's where her cooperation ended. Steve had to work around her fence, which she wouldn't allow to be properly removed (on my tab). Steve removed the softer wood, and left the hardwood, as I asked.He supplied his insurance information quickly. He showed up promptly to remove the trees, and he was able to tolerate my next door neighbor, who I am sure made the day more stressful than it needed to be.Before you contact one of Worcester's well known tree services with a lot of good reviews, know that last year, when I tried to have the trees removed, I contacted this very popular, large tree service. They promised me over and over that they were going to take my trees down. They strung me along and never did the job, and then left for the winter. I honestly don't think they ever intended to do the work, but weren't honest enough to tell me. Clearly they don't need the money and don't care.Hire Steve! He's a good guy and does good work.

Anytime i was ever in pain or needed to be seen because i was having a issue has has got me right in the same day multiple times even if he was busy His Staff Gail and Tiffany are absolutely amazing quick kind and professional. They always get back to me right away and squeeze me in somehow. I went to him for My wisdom tooth extraction i had a curved root which makes it harder for the dentist to get the tooth out but this man had my wisdom tooth out in less than 2 minutes! He is the only dentist i ever been to to that really takes the time to make sure you are fully numb and comfortable he even showed me a trick with my mouth to do to make the medication move around and become more effective quicker even just administering the numbing needles he constantly made sure i was okay I've never had a dentist give me needles to numb my mouth and me not feel a single one of them they usually hurt this man definitely knows what he's doing at my old dentist when they removed the other side of my wisdom teeth i felt everything the needles hurt i could feel them putting so much pressure on my jaw like it was cracking and breaking and it took a while i was so uncomfortable with him it was out in less than 2 minute and when i say i did not feel a single thing i felt NOTHING no pressure or anything he was constantly asking me through the whole process if i was okay and comfortable he is truly so sweet and amazing at what he does i recommend him to anyone he made a nightmare experience a easy painless fast one. My Yaweh & I were very comfortable at Karunā. Our Doctor and her assistants were very knowledgeable, put me at ease , and handled my cat with the utmost care. After all, it’s all in a name. In Sanskrit Karunā means compassion or mercy.
We went here for my cats vaccines and wanted him neutered as well. They were able to get everything done in one day for waaayy less than the price it would been in another vet. Mind you we called everywhere for pricing, as we didn't have much of a budget as a single mom and everything being so expensive, and we are so grateful for this place! The vet who attended my cat 'Pebbles' was super kind and knowledgeable. He went home with all the needed meds and everything. We even found out he had fleas we would've never noticed unless they told us and they treated him for that as well. He got optimal care here and I would recommend this place to anyone! It's been 3 days after his neutering procedure and he's doing phenomenal. They even called me to see how he was doing! We are scheduled back soon. I stopped in for a trapeze yoga class a little while ago with some friends. It was such a fun, yet relaxing experience. Kate was a great instructor and I can't wait to come back again soon! Definitely recommend trying trapeze yoga at least once!
HPYC is by far, my favorite yoga studio. Kristen is the best and she trains her teachers well. I loved her style so much I finally took the plunge and took my yoga teacher training with her a few years ago. Well worth the money as the training elevated my teaching and my own practice to new levels. I love how Kristen keeps yoga accessible by keeping her costs down. I have been with her for at least 7 years and she has not raised her prices once! And her class packs don't expire so I can use them as much or as little as I need. You will not be disappointed.

I got the 1 hr foot and 1/2 hr back cash special. They went above and beyond and did head to toe. My mom is 87 years old and has been getting her massages from Jasmine for quite some time. She tells me her arthritic pain level is significantly better and she looks forward to the next appointment. I have been going to Worcester Wellness Center for over two years and absolutely love the deep tissue massage! My visits significantly alleviate tension and help me feel calm. The hot stones and other heat therapy used take the experience to the next level. I simply cannot recommend enough!

I highly recommend Emily’s hypnosis services for anyone dealing with addiction. After a single hypnosis appointment I was able to successfully quit vaping (after many previous failed attempts). I have been nicotine-free for four months and counting. Her work as an acupuncturist is just as profound. I have regular visits with Clovis at QCA for nerve pain and sometimes for a mental health tuneup. He is an excellent practitioner because he listens well and has a caring approach. The office offers a soothing environment so you can completely relax. I highly recommend!

Despite forgetting many details when filling out the paperwork, Josh adeptly extracted them through focused conversation during my assessment. I felt fully seen, heard, and supported. I particularly loved how informing he was. I knew exactly what to expect at every turn of the session.
