Rather than keep catching mice every year I decided to attack the root cause and call Colonial. Tech was great, very informative. He set the bait station but examined the exterior of the house and sealed several points of entry. Time will if the problem was resolved but the reason I chose Colonial was my son used Colonial Pest and they completely solved his issue.

Technician was knowledgeable about construction, where to look and what questions to ask. It turns out that two recent remodeling projects, left some gaps that needed to be sealed. A lot of attention to the whole house and time was taken to do a thorough job. He was also respectful of my home, wore covers over shoes without being asked. He answered all of my questions about current mouse problem. Very professional service.
