John was very thorough with working with the tenants and making himself available if any problems arise. He made sure to explain everything he was doing and gave a great deal on future preventative measures. He went above and beyond, and was very fair with his services. He even drove across town to get materials for exclusionary work - he clearly cares to make sure the job is well done. I feel very secure with his services with the great warranty he provides. John was prompt in getting over to my place on the west side of Worcester within hour of me calling him about a wasp problem, after he finished another job. He assessed the situation quickly, provided the services and explained every step, and dealt with the problem effectively and with care. He charged a very affordable rate as well.
