I was extremely happy with the technician Bill. He arrived on time and explained in detail each step of the process in a friendly manner, He took his time to answer my questions and he assured me the products that he was using would be safe for my pets. Highly recommend Pro-Tech Pest Control. John responded to my Sunday call by 8:00 am on Monday, explaining services and prices quickly and efficiently. Had a great technician, Eric, at my home the next morning. Eric was so friendly, efficient and knowledgeable explaining in detail everything he was going to do to fix my mice issues and answering all my questions very patiently!
