The first time I went there the doctor was phenomenal she helped me so much and even let me do a payment plan and didn't charge me for anything when I walked out. I went in with a very sick kitten the doctor administer medicine but she ended up passing away. She was so sweet for not making me pay a penny when I walked out. I paid my bill, and the next time I went the doctor was nice but the nurses if you will, we're very rude. I had to bring my husband to work which meant me leaving for about 45 minutes and they would not allow me to leave my kittens there with your mother in the ventilation box. They told me I had to bring all my cats with me and then bring them back....read full review

Dr Pomfrey was excellent the only thing I wish is ,she had done the cryptococcus test there ,instead of my of at my vets. Barring a brain tumor if it was cryptococcus. I don't think my cat would have died such a violent way. Two severe seizures and I lost my babyThe delay in diagnosis, I feel if the cryptococcus blood test was done earlier she would have lived. I have to live with that , horror and pain the rest of my life. My heart is breaking it does, not make sense..???????. I feel the veterinarian's failed her

I love how they really work with my budget . I wouldn't have a dog without their help . I had money when I got her but fell on hard times after a break up. Tufts at Tech has been a life saver . ❤️
