“Today was my first time going here, for a new patient appointment. I’m new to the area and was looking for a new eye doctor. I chose here based on exceptional reviews I read about, and I was not disappointed. I ended up being late to my appointment, and they were so kind and understanding. Dr. Chervenka was still very attentive to me and my checkup, and never made me feel rushed, but she still worked hard to he exactly on time for the patients after me. She was very thorough in her exams, and helped answer all of my questions and concerns. Both her and her staff treated me with utmost kindness, despite their busy schedules, and I felt they had a very personal approach to their care and how they treat their customers. “I've never felt at such ease taking my kiddo to an eye appointment. We've gone to two other places in the past, and the experience was meh. First thing when we walked in the door, we were met with the friendliest of faces and warm greetings right away. The doctor was fantastic and explained everything in detail. I really liked the small atmosphere, compared to the larger practices which lack empathy, and warmth. When dealing with social anxiety, bigger places can be nerve-wracking. Here they made you feel welcome and heard. Definitely recommend it to anyone in the area.“

“Five stars! Giorgio stands by his glasses, even when the issue is subjective! I ordered progressive readers to wear over my contacts, but my eyes did not adjust to wearing them all day, the goal of getting the glasses in the first place. I went back and spoke to Giorgio who took his time to understand the issue and had the lenses re-made as bifocals, at no charge to me. Thank you, Giorgio, for your professionalism and top-notch customer service!“

“The assistant manager was at the front desk and did not greet us at all or even acknowledge the fact that we were there. Whereas Dave the manager is always very personable and greets anyone who walks through that door. Customer service training is highly essential here in this office. It would be nice to receive engagement by nurturing our existence. This will increase customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty rate. Overall, the rest of the staff was amazing! Thank you.“
“I have been a patient here since 2017 and I have had nothing but the best of care and service. Everyone is always upbeat and friendly. Went through construction with them and everyone was great with providing directions. Had to get my glasses fixed a couple of months ago and walked into a beautiful new facility with fantastic lighting and displays. They have always worked with me for appointments and I have never felt rushed. They are top notch and have very high standards.“

“The technicians and doctors are amazing. They're very thoughtful and thorough and make you feel quite at ease. I like the self check in. I don't mind having to go to the kiosk. I actually prefer that. The missing star is because the front office staff feel that it's appropriate to talk about other patients while there are patients in the waiting room. This made me feel uncomfortable and not wanting to engage when I checked out because I didn't want to have to be the next person that they badmouth when I left. Again, technicians and doctors are amazing. I will limit any contact I have with the front desk folks and certainly will not be going to the optical department as they were also engaging in conversation about other patients.“
