“My condenser stopped working right as summer started and I had Sila come by and tell me that I needed a whole system replacement and quoted me 20k. I was ready to replace the whole thing but wanted to get some second opinions and quotes. Lucky I reached out to Dimitry as he came promptly to do a diagnosis and found it was due to a faulty capacitor. He had the part in his truck and was able to swap it out in under an hour. Sila left my unit panel open after they left and I'm not even sure they did any diagnosis of the problem. Do not go with those scumbags!<br><br>I see 5 stars for Dimitry and can confidently say he wholeheartedly deserves each one.“

The service charge for the first call was reasonable and promptly settled. During the follow-up, extensive diagnostics revealed a faulty blower motor covered under warranty, necessitating an order from the distributor.<br>Rob, our technician, was exceptionally professional and thoughtful. Anticipating our discomfort without AC, he brought us a portable unit from the shop for temporary relief. Technicians Paul and Mike arrived within a couple of hours. They replaced a part, re lit the pilot and tested the furnace to ensure it was operational.
