Ken called me immediately to set up an appointment for the next day. We had a second heating issue and I called on Sunday and Ken picked up and scheduled to come the next day. He solved the problem and was very professional, skilled, personable, and patiently explained how the furnace worked so I would understand the process. I am very impressed with this company!
Ken is a very honest, efficient and knowledgeable businessman. We had someone from Green Energy came in and inspect before we found Ken, and they diagnosed the problem wrong and gave us very expensive quote and said we need to fix the electrical board. So my boyfriend found Ken and he come into check thoroughly and found the actual problem was not that. He went above and beyond to find out and fix the furnace and now we are happy to have it working again! He also helped changed the filter and check to make sure everything works properly before he left.I would say Ken is very friendly and trustworthy as a businessman and willing to help his customers at best he could....read full review
