“I highly recommend Interstate Plumbing. Jaime came to look at what we thought was a leaking pipe in our basement ceiling as water started dripping suddenly from light fixtures. Jamie came first thing and instead of immediately cutting holes in the ceiling, as many would have done, hunted around and determined the leak was coming from our fridge water line and not a pipe after all. “We had an incredible experience with this plumber (Richard?), and I can’t recommend him highly enough. When our hot water accessory tank failed, our usual repair team told us it would be three weeks before they could fit us in. With a family of six, that meant no hot showers, no dishwasher, and no warm water for laundry—such a bummer.

This plumber responded quickly and told us he'd come after finishing another job in the morning. That job ended up taking him all day, and when he arrived at our house at 5 PM, I fully expected him to say he'd have to come back another time. Instead, he got straight to work—and didn’t stop until 2:30 in the morning.
