“Chris gave us an itemized quote for materials and labor, (which no other plumber we interviewed was able or willing to do). He and his crew of 3, Tyler, Christian, and Nick, arrived as scheduled. They wore covers over their shoes and put down quilted mats to protect our floors. The clothes dryer had to be removed to access the space for the water heater, and they did this with great care.After they removed the old water heater, and reinstalled the dryer, Chris explained the workings of the new water heater. “We have used Propane Plus for almost five years, and no complaints. They are always very helpful, especially over the phone whenever I have a question or concern. When you call, a real person answers, and they always have an easy-to-work-with attitude. One week ago, on a cold December morning, we ran out of propane. This was a first. And while that might seem like a negative, Propane Plus did a great job of remedying the situation. Over the phone they immediately expressed their apologies and assured me that they would have someone out to my house asap. And sure enough, someone was at my door within a couple hours, which I thought was great! On top of that, I just received a personal letter in the mail, reiterating their heartfelt apologies, with a Dunkin Donuts gift card included. This was a nice touch, to say the least.
