This is the work we had done: they replaced all asphalt shingles on our mansard roof and a bay window roof, and installed a rubber roof on our garage. They also capped and repointed a very damaged chimney and replaced flashing. After taking many photos of the roof and chimney at the initial inspection Rick carefully explained his recommendations. At completion he reviewed what they had done with many after-photos, all of which were provided to us for our records. Everything was completed per agreement, quickly, with no mess left behind.
