Doherty Roofing repaired our slate roof, which had accumulated a good number of missing and cracked tiles over several years, with some consequent leaking. Jason and his team were attentive to the problems and clear about this approach and schedule. The work appears to have been done well. Clean-up of the work area was good. Communication about estimate, timing, and follow-up were excellent. Good work at a fair price.

We'd had a polite but uneven experience with another slate roofing company, where we experienced leaks shortly after our roof had been maintained.Jason from Doherty came by to assess, and spent a solid, unrushed amount of time to inspect the situation, interpret what could be causing the leaks, and reflect on a proposed scope of work--both on the cost and necessity of certain measures--by the other company. Outstanding work, outstanding service. Installed new fascia boards, copper gutters, and snow guards. Jason is the best. It's just him (25+ years of experience) and his crew. No hard sell, tries to save you money but ensure you're doing what's best for your roof. Attention to detail. Walked us through an explanation. Described what was going on as he was doing the work. Quality craftwork, honest, responsive. Recommend as highly as possible.
