Overall satisfied with Tom and his crew who redid the back half of my roof this summer. He came quickly to do the quote and the price was lower than a few others but not the cheapest. I had given a few requests to Tom when he did the quote but then on game day the crew didn't quite get the message - they removed a new plumbing vent and kept the old one. I caught their mistake that day and they reinstalled the plumbing vent - but didn't reattach it under the roof. This same spot also leaked within a week because the vent wasn't properly secured underneath. I tried fixing it and Tom came back out and it was okay for another few months.
