The first company (large regional company) sent out a sales person who put on a 60-minute sales pitch after only ever looking at the roof from street level. Universal Roofing was the second company to come look. Igor up was walking on our roof within 2-minutes of arriving for the quote and took a bunch of pictures to point out a few issues we didn't know we had.
