We got two quotes to replace our 20+ year old roof as well as the gutters and skylights. The first company (large regional company) sent out a sales person who put on a 60-minute sales pitch after only ever looking at the roof from street level. Universal Roofing was the second company to come look. Igor up was walking on our roof within 2-minutes of arriving for the quote and took a bunch of pictures to point out a few issues we didn't know we had. I was very impressed with their professionalism and work ethic. When I paid the deposit and picked out the shingle color, the job was scheduled then and there. The job was done in one day and communication was good. Regarding quality of work, only time will tell, but 10 year workmanship warranty is provided. Price is slightly higher compared to others, but I would choose them again with no concerns.The only downside is that they only use GAF, not Certainteed, if you have a preference.Service: Roof installation

Had a water leak in roof due to severe storm. Universal Roofing came to me from friends among several other references. Luckily I connected with Igor and he stopped by in a couple of hours. He inspected the roof from inside and outside and very quickly identified the problems. He came by the next day as promised and did all the repairs. He is polite, friendly and experienced. His price is very reasonable too. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone who needs to install or repair any roof related projects. I will share his information on my social groups.
