The waiting room is huge with ample seating and tvs. The area your brought back thru the doors to looks like a well maintained emergency room. The staff was fantastic to deal with and the medical care is top notch. It’s so comforting to know you can just walk in and be treated“

“I had a great experience here. It is clean, and the staff is nice. The PA I had today was kind and smart. They did tests and I got them back promptly in my patient gateway. I prefer partners healthcare to other urgent cares, and this one takes my insurance as well. I would definitely recommend this place and will return here again the next time I am in need of an urgent care. I wish they were open on the weekends.“

“Walking into the main lobby, you are greeted by the receptionist who takes your ailment, insurance and payment. Had to come in waited about five minutes and was taken into the exam room where a nurse asked questions, took vitals and later blood sample and nose swabs. The doctor came in after the test results were available. She explained next steps and prescribed medication to my pharmacy. All during this process everyone was professional, kind, and informative. I appreciate the great care at this urgent care.“

“Went to Urgent Care a day before Thanksgiving, there were 5 people in front of me. The wait was about 30 minutes to be seen. Emma Anderson gave me the thorough exam, tested me for Covid, even thought I was positive I had pneumonia. Emma was correct, I had Covid. I was given a prescription for Paxlovid. Wonderful experience!“
