I had a great experience here. It is clean, and the staff is nice. The PA I had today was kind and smart. They did tests and I got them back promptly in my patient gateway. I prefer partners healthcare to other urgent cares, and this one takes my insurance as well. I would definitely recommend this place and will return here again the next time I am in need of an urgent care. I wish they were open on the weekends.
Arrived a little after 5pm. The clinic was closed early (they close at 6). There was a sign posted saying clinic closed early because of patient volume. I called earlier in the day to make an appointment or be placed on a waiting list. Neither option is available.
I broke my hand and was sent here by pcp and had xray to confirm. The attending person said I DID NOT NEED A CAST, and said I should just take Tylenol.... ??? Has anybody heard of a Broken bone never needing a cast? 3 days later, w/mega swollen hand I saw a hand surgeon and he asked " why isn't it in a cast?". Yeah, go figurerver h
