I must say how pleasantly surprised I was when I visited the CareWell Urgent Care facility in Needham. I needed help and they were there. The personnel was knowledgeable, efficient and caring. My issues were diagnosed appropriately. Now I am better and plan on visiting CareWell again rather a crazy ER or putting off treatment to my detriment. Thank you for your care..

Booked an appointment online, waited at most 5 minutes to be admitted, got X-ray, and diagnosis done in 30 minutes. Easy and pleasant experience.UPDATE from another visit: I had to use CareWell again. Walked in with the wound. Was immediately admitted and taken care of.Thank you, Christina and Renee, for your help and attention!
