Urgent Care in Franklin

“Top notch! My granddaughter woke up Sunday covered in hives. She got rushed to urgent care, there was a line of patients, as expected. The nice women Kristin behind the desk came right up to us, and asked if she was having any trouble breathing, as a retired NP myself, she triaged with all the appropriate questions, and reassured us that she was going to speak with a provider immediately. We got right back into a room, and got the proper care we needed. Having clinical staff at the front desk, at the right time, was crucial. Looked as though she was being trained at the front desk, but I hope she will be on the clinical team as well, she knows her stuff. And put us at ease. Thank you, Kristin!“
