“This is a great studio but one thing that keeps me from coming more often is that it is only hot yoga. I wish there was at least some normal or lower temperature classes offered here. I don't always do well with a 90+ degree heat combined with the strenuous flow. I love the teachers and the challenging flows though - the best studio in the surrounding area! Please consider a "warm" or normal classes. Thank you!“
“Btone Fitness in Wayland is amazing, the instructors are so kind and it's a fantastic workout!“
“Working with Olga has been an amazing experience at a time when I have not been feeling great in my body. She is thorough and intuitive in her approach. I appreciate her helping reduce pain and get back to a stronger body.“
“Thanks to Kate and her amazing team including Cilla and Angie at FitLab, my physical condition feels better at 44 than in the previous 20 years. I’m forever grateful for their expertise and kindness in showing me how much Pilates could restore and improve my mobility, stability and strength, and enhance surfing, snowboarding, and even just living with better posture, and less back pain and discomfort.“
“I have been training with Kathleen since she was at her previous studio so at least 6 years. I started with her afternoon mat classes but once I injured my back and was done with PT I started private training with her on the suggestion of my PT to help continue the progress and my rehab. She listened, moved at an appropriate pace for me and with time and perseverance my back is feeling better.I have stuck with Pilates training, even doing Zoom mat sessions during the pandemic as and this surprised me I love it. I see Kathleen privately one day a week and participate in a semi-private group with my husband on another day. My husband also does a private but with Larry… note he only started training as he wanted to see what I was so excited about and why I was fitting into my clothing better. The studio itself is lovely, light and spotless. You can tell that both Kathleen and her business partner, Larry (who is fabulous as well), really care about the space.“
“I have been working with Helena for about two years and she is just an awesome instructor and educator. She always explains things (how your body works and where is the source of the problem), and gives instructions in an effective and intuitive way to make sure you can get them and exercise in the right way.
I came to her as I notice that I have a chronic problem with my right knee—it would hurt whenever I took a long walk or run. After my training with her and adjusting the ways I use my legs and feet, I don’t even remember when was the last time my right knee bothered me. Moreover, I can feel my body much better now. Before, I felt my body was like a whole piece. Whenever I moved, I moved everything together unconsciously and if I didn’t feel well, I could not ever identify exactly where the problem was. Now I can feel parts of my body better and better and can coordinate them by focusing on specific parts. I definitely consider myself lucky having the chance to work with her!“
“Erin has done an excellent job at intuitively understanding my goals and back issues limitations to come up with an individualized Pilates program. In the past, I’ve experienced a wide variety of PT and used a strength trainer, but I her Pilates has been the most beneficial of all modalities. Before Body Center, I never really understood Pilates, but now I highly recommend it if you are looking to get a handle on improving core strength, posture and flexibility.“
“They are the best in Boston and have saved my body and my back! During this sheltering at home the classes are keeping me sane and a super workout! Love you ladies!“
“I've taken Jeff's classes a few times and he's excellent. Very clear cues and adjustments. Highly recommend!! Other great teachers include both of the Rachels, Annie, and Shelby.“
“I have been doing Pilates with Nina for several years (and Pilates in general for almost 20). As a 55 year-old, tall man, with perennially tight hamstrings, Pilates has been life changing and Nina is one of the best instructors I’ve had. She is classically trained, but not so rigid as to be doctrinaire in her approach. She has experimented with different techniques to help me improve my core strength and overall flexibility, with great results. Her home studio is well equipped, private, and spotless/hygienic (a real plus these days!). I have convinced my wife, and friends (some experienced, some new to Pilates) to train with Nina. Everyone concurs - Nina is great!“
“Just the best - I never have to tell her what's wrong she just can tell by looking at me“
“Both my husband and I have been taking Pilates lessons with Mara for a while and Highly recommend her! She is super professional, have an in depth knowledge of Pilates and other movement type methods. She is also super helpful in situations of specific injuries/sensitivities. Mara is also fun and engaging in her teaching style, being able to pay individual attention even when working in groups.“
“As a dance instructor and choreographer for over 28 years, I know how great of a work out Pilates can be. It is perfectly designed for the dancers body, emphasizing strength, stretch and control, so when my Mom said she had started classes at Mind in Motion Pilates Studio, I felt that I'd like to give it a try as well. Let me just say, I had no idea the transformation that would take place. I had abdominal surgery that left me with very little muscle control. Not only has working with the Mind in Motion instructors increased my core strength, it also helped me regain control I had lost due to my surgery; control my doctors weren't sure I'd ever have again. I went to Mind in Motion hoping to get a bit of a 'work out' and instead transformed my body. Li has a profound understanding of the body and instructs diligently to insure proper placement, breath, and engagement. The staff is knowledgeable and motivating, the studio is spotlessly clean, and the equipment is top notch. If your looking to just 'exercise' then go to a gym. If your looking to learn True Pilates and change your body, then go to Mind in Motion Pilates Studio.“
“Is fitness your goal? And, are you looking for a boutique studio with one-on-one instruction geared to your capabilities? You've found the right place.“
“Pure Pilates is a wonderful studio. The trainers are professional and motivating. I have been training with Melissa for about a year and a half, and it's hard to explain just how much of a difference it has made in my life. If you've never tried pilates, this is a great place to start, and if you're a pilates veteran, you'll still be able to be challenged at this studio. The prices are also really reasonable.“
“This place with the help of the instructors (Sharon , Morgan)( Inferno )who we so far have had the pleasure of working with has been an amazing experience , from recovering from fractured bones it’s not only helped my body but my mind and soul as well. It’s a life style and I recommend everyone to try it.Open minded all around , like fabulous said , just breathe ?♂️Can’t wait to book again.“
“Beautiful and welcoming place to have a massage.
Most of all are the people that work there are very caring and concerned about your well being
I would highly recommend this peaceful spot..“
“Every Body Pilates is the cornerstone of all that keeps me sane, healthy and active. Over the past couple of years I have built strength and stamina that helps me do both the basics in life (load the dishwasher!) and the fun stuff (get in and out of a kayak gracefully!). Thanks Dylan and team, appreciate you!“
“Patti is a gifted practitioner. She has a remarkable breadth of knowledge that she brings to each of our sessions. While she always has a plan for each session, she is able to pivot easily to address a specific concern I have that day. I have worked with a number of practitioners over the years and Patti is by far the best!!“
