I've taken Jeff's classes a few times and he's excellent. Very clear cues and adjustments. Highly recommend!! Other great teachers include both of the Rachels, Annie, and Shelby.

Fantastic hot yoga studio with great friendly staffs! I just moved from Boston into this area and was in search of a clean studio, positive energy, with great yoga instructors. This place has it all and it easy to book classes online. All I do is show up and get a great workout while feeling relaxed.

If you love HOT yoga, you will LOVE this studio. There's nothing like the rinse of a sweaty class. Showers give you the opportunity to wash off afterwards. Tara and Braxton's classes are amazing. They encourage you to find your own journey. And be the best that you can be!
