I don't understand why the rest of the world isn't lined up outside their doors. Maybe they haven't attained an enlightened moment to realize what Alfred Lincoln has to offer! Thank you!“

665 Boylston St. Third Floor, Boston“I have had the opportunity to work with both Laura as my physical therapist, and Tim as my nutritionist. They are both wonderful people and very knowledgeable in their fields.
Truly nobody beats Laura! I had been struggling with a chronic injury that no other physical therapist had been able to figure out. In the first 2 months of seeing her, I was back on my feet running after not being able to run for 6 months. Each session we had was individually focused and she would reassess our approach based on what was and was not working for me.
Tim has also helped me work through G.I. issues. I really appreciate his wholistic approach to medicine. He goes beyond just diet and nutrition when it comes to G.I. health, taking into consideration many more aspects of your lifestyle.“

In just four months, it’s offered not only a welcoming space but also a truly inclusive and supportive community. I had always felt intimidated by yoga, but living nearby, I finally gave it a try—and I’m so glad I did. The teachers and fellow students have created something special, and it’s had a profoundly positive impact on both my mental and physical well-being. Thank you to this community, it truly is something special!“

3611 Washington St, Boston“I have been practicing at this yoga studio for the past seven months, and I've had numerous wonderful experiences here. The instructors are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The atmosphere is welcoming and conducive to relaxation and mindfulness. Overall, it's a fantastic yoga studio that I highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to practice yoga.“
“The group classes have warm and welcoming instructors with a variety of class and class times. The PTs are just as welcoming and even if you are not a client of theirs, will recognize you.“
“At least four years ago I began my yoga practice with Anne Marie.I wrote a review of her class in the Central Square MASS Ave studio back then commenting on her extraordinary skill and what a warm and very good teacher she isIf I were to add anything to that review today, I would say all those previous attributes continue to be true in abundance and in addition Anne Marie is amazingly flexible. We have continued our practice (remotely) throughout the pandemic. I now practice with her twice a week and find that it is a true mind body experience. Our classes build from one session to the next. They change from season to season. Anne Marie’s instructions are always clear and she often gives two or three options reminding the students that we are to listen to our body and to be kind to it. And above all we need to breathe.Perfect advice from a wonderful teacher in a challenging time.If you are feeling you are missing something in your life as we move through not quite normal times, try to sign up for a class!“

251 Harvard St #10, Brookline“I have been working with Eli Thompson, Boston Posture Center, almost weekly for several months to decrease the impact of scoliosis which I developed as an adult. My posture has improved significantly during this time. He let me know in advance that his structural integration work will help me, but I also have to work at home in order to see change. He gives me exercises to do at home and welcomes questions about them.
Others said that my muscles could be strengthened but I should not expect change in alignment. Eli said I could expect some change. I still have scoliosis, but I feel better and my posture and alignment are much improved.“

1038 Beacon St, Brookline“Down Under School of Yoga in Brookline is such a safe haven. I've never been to a better equipped and well-staffed studio. Teachers are amazing, students are kind, and facilities are top notch! If you're a beginning or an advanced student, this is the studio for you.“
“Highly recommend!!! I took several classes with Lori now, and I felt so amazed and refreshed every time after her class! Her cues are so soulful. I was so mindful to my body the whole time. I didn't know that our elbows are supposed to line up with the ears when doing downward facing dog, and it was Lori's cues that made me aware of it. Her tips to prevent injuries during Yoga are the best!“

637 Tremont St, Boston“I’ve been training virtually with Susan for over a year now, and I can’t recommend her highly enough! She always brings fresh, creative workouts to our sessions, so things never feel repetitive or boring. What really sets Susan apart is how thoughtfully she tailors each workout to my specific goals and needs.
After I broke my ankle, she helped me rebuild strength and improve my balance with targeted exercises that really made a difference. When I had a ski trip coming up and was nervous about getting injured, she customized my training to help me feel confident and strong on the slopes. And right now, she’s helping me get ready for a surf and yoga retreat I’m taking with my daughter—I told her I didn’t want to embarrass myself, and she took that to heart with workouts that are both challenging and fun!
Susan is smart, flexible, and a blast to work with. If you’re looking for a trainer who listens, adapts, and keeps you motivated, Susan is absolutely the best!“
