I have definitely found my new go-to massage therapist – Velma at 4 Corners Yoga + Wellness. Super easy to book online or over the phone. I have received outstanding care from Velma there, starting with a reflexology session. She took the time to make sure she was addressing my needs. Velma was so good that I wished the session never ended. The session was pleasant, and I left refreshed, rejuvenated, and back to conquering my world. I am incredibly grateful that I came to Velma and the 4Cornorer for this place for my massage. The best of the best place to go for any wellness and recovery moments. Thank you, I would highly recommend Velma!

My experience with Tameka yesterday was the best massage in my life. I have had many types of massages, with many different individuals, but Tameka has just the right touch. She takes her time and her mission is to get out all the kinks!!! Tameka is amazing!!! 4 Corners is my new go to for massages and I can't wait to try a yoga class.
