This is a very welcoming studio for people who want to practice a restorative and challenging style of yoga (for all levels). The instructors and yogis are great. Highly recommend coming here and trying classes at the very least!

I have been practicing yoga for a while before experiencing Hatha Yoga with Brian. I enjoy flow of the yoga and Brian is an amazing instructor. He pays attention to small details and points out in order for me to get the maximum benefits. My back gets much better after taking one week of his class and every time I felt my body is fully stretched. I would highly recommend this studio.
