Laura is knowledgeable about how your body works. She reads the current research and shares that with you as a client. Laura is reassuring and instills confidence to the client. I appreciate that she writes up a manageable program at home for practice at home. Laura offers to take a video which allows me to see and hear her specific recommendations when doing the exercises. Most importantly, my body is improving since working with Laura!

Laura is amazing at what she does. I went to her for a pinched nerve in the neck and not only did she give me relief from pain, but knowledge moving forward on how to manage things on my own with exercise and stretches.

Back Bay Health is a wellness center - including sports chiropractic, physical therapy and dietitian-led nutrition counseling - located in the heart of Boston's Back Bay neighborhood. Drs Tim and Laura Latham, and their team of specialists, integrate active, evidence-based strategies to help people feel and function better. They work with active individuals suffering with muscle and joint pain, athletic injuries, fatigue, chronic pain, IBS, disordered eating, and performance-related nutrition goals.
