The waiting room is huge with ample seating and tvs. The area your brought back thru the doors to looks like a well maintained emergency room. The staff was fantastic to deal with and the medical care is top notch. It’s so comforting to know you can just walk in and be treated“

The nursing staff and medical doctor were highly professional and genuinely caring. The treatment room is clean, and quiet whilst you wait. “I had a great experience here. It is clean, and the staff is nice. The PA I had today was kind and smart. They did tests and I got them back promptly in my patient gateway. I prefer partners healthcare to other urgent cares, and this one takes my insurance as well. I would definitely recommend this place and will return here again the next time I am in need of an urgent care. I wish they were open on the weekends.“

“Malden Urgent Care,I want to express my deepest gratitude to everyone at Malden Urgent Care who helped me yesterday. I was in terrible muscular pain and couldn't walk properly. Despite my struggle, someone from inside saw me and quickly came to assist me with a wheelchair. It was my first time in a wheelchair, and I couldn't even stretch my left leg due to the pain. Your prompt attention and understanding were greatly appreciated. The shot I received in my left hand provided relief, and the arrangement of an ambulance to transfer me to Everett Hospital was done without delay. I spent about 4 to 5 hours at the hospital, and now I'm taking medicine for a week. I'm worried about whether my leg will fully recover and if I'll be able to work as usual. Despite my concerns, I have no words to express how thankful I am. Please convey my gratitude to the entire Malden Urgent Care team.Thank you so much“
“The staff at Lawrence Memorial Urgent Care are amazing. The woman who checked us in was so nice and got my daughter entered in the system while joking with her even though she had an ear infection. The staff intake for vitals brought us right in and took my daughters temp and weight. He went out of the way to make sure she was not scared. The urgent care actually looked quite busy. We were brought to the back. The PA and nurse came right in. The PA made sure to ask my 3 year old daughter if it was ok to look in her ear. I appreciate the request for consent even for a child so young. He checked my daughters ear and confirmed it was an ear infection. The nurse typed it up and called in the prescription and we were out of there in under 15-20 minutes from walking in the door to leaving. That is not the first time I have had such prompt service here, so I know it is how they treat patients no matter the day.“

“Went to Urgent Care a day before Thanksgiving, there were 5 people in front of me. The wait was about 30 minutes to be seen. Emma Anderson gave me the thorough exam, tested me for Covid, even thought I was positive I had pneumonia. Emma was correct, I had Covid. I was given a prescription for Paxlovid. Wonderful experience!“
