“Heating unit was coming on but not blowing air. Sean and Leo came out, notified me ahead of time of their eta so I could leave work and meet them, and arrived on time. They were both very professional and courteous. Within a few minutes they identified the problem that was a quick five-ten minute fix. After checking to make sure everything was operating correctly, they were done. I am not an experienced HVAC technician, my unit is over 30 years old, and I could have easily been convinced that more was needed. I appreciate a company that operates with honesty and integrity and only fixes what needs to be fixed. I gladly paid their reasonable service fee and will definitely keep them in mind for future needs.“

“After getting the run around for over a week from a different company that told me that they are having trouble locating a blow motor for my HVAC unit; they had convinced me that I needed a new air handler. While looking at the new air handlers on Carrier's website, Thermal Solutions came up as one of their installers with great reviews. After scheduling them to give me an estimate, they promptly sent over one of their technicians named Josh. Josh asked me why I wanted to replace the whole unit and I replied that I was told that since my unit was over 10 years that no one has the motor in stock. Josh made 1 phone call and said I can have that motor back within 1 hour. Josh returned about an hour later and had the motor installed in no time. This company has definitely earned my trust and service for life and would recommend anyone to call them first before any other company, you definitely won't be disappointed.“
