The technician arrived during scheduled window. He promptly began checkout of our inside unit after donning shoe covers. After he examined our outside unit. Upon completion, he cleaned the coils. Before leaving, he reported his findings and gave us options to correct. Our A/C is 18 years old, so it is still hanging in there.Thank you, Tuan Tran! You are a true professional!

Once again River City's One Hour AirConditioning and Heating has given us a sense of security. Our spring checkup by Cody has revealed no immediate problems with our unit. As usual, the tech was friendly and professional. 5 stars again!
