Mr. Carl and his team were incredible. He came out once to consult us on our old and underperforming AC units, and spent over an hour discussing the issues and multiple options that we could choose to prolong the life of our units. He never pushed a complete change out or overly expensive repairs on us. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the work performed. The price for the change out was very competitive as well. If you are lucky enough to get a hold of Mr. Carl this time in the season (he gets 100+ calls some days) you will be blessed because the man is a LEGEND. He installed my ac 5 years ago, then recently when my blower stopped working he knew I can do electrical so we trouble shooted (via phone call/text) and found the bad circuit board.On the other hand Accutemp came eailier that day and quoted me 700 to replace a 15 Dollar 240 to 24 transformer that under my own inspection was not even bad!Please treat Mr. Carl with respect he deserves and I guarantee he will get you up and running with no BS.Services: Install AC

Needed some a/c work on my 30 year old system and I was bracing for the cost of replacement. I had used this company seven years ago and had A really great experience and a totally excellent repair as I've had no problems with the AC unit since Southeast fixed it seven years ago. I think it was like 80 bucks I paid seven years ago and in order to get this fixed this time around, I was pleasantly surprised to be handed a bill for less than $75 and I have been using the system ever since. I would recommend them to anybody because they are terrific.
