I am appreciative of the professionalism and great service that Glaze Heating & Air provides for my family and I. We are on their Maintenance program and Brandon has been our Tech that came out the past few times. Brandon has a wealth of knowledge and information. Not only that but he puts up with our old but still crazy dogs. My wife and I highly recommend this company for your Heating and Air.

I have had to call Glaze several times since 2020. Every time they have been fast, reliable, efficient, and professional. This last call the tech Brandon was amazing. I called that morning and he had everything up and running before noon. Hands down the best!!!

We needed to have the outdoor unit replaced. All the gentleman who worked on the unit were nice, helpful and took their time to explain things to me. I enjoyed talking to Ursula on the phone. I had a lot of questions and she was polite and knowledgeable. For those of us with no background, it’s nice to have people who know what they are doing explain things to help you understand the problems. It’s never fun being told you need to replace a unit, but I appreciate all the time and the conference calls with my husband during the process. I would recommend them!Services: Cleaning
