Cavin’s was referred to me by Choice Home Warranty. My heat pump was not working properly. I asked the tech with Cavin’s to call me before he made the visit to my home. I have a zoned heating system and had Warrenty questions. The tech called and was very forthcoming with me. He answered all of my questions and we decided that he could not help me with my heating problem because the Warrenty company would not cover it. He saved me the $45 service call and any other charges that might have been unnecessary. I appreciated his honesty and would call him in the future if I needed heat pump service. As for Choice Warrenty I could not get any help with my questions.

We had purchased our HVAC through Lowe’s and they had contracted this company to install. They’ve been nothing but professional and courteous the whole time. Even when we thought the unit had broken down they came out to fix it asap.Service: HVAC system maintenance

My air conditioner stopped working and it was 100 degrees outside so I was in a panic. I had purchased the unit a little over a year ago from Lowe’s, so I contacted the Lowe’s service provider and was told that repairs wouldn’t be covered since it was over a year. Cavin’s was a lifesaver! They were able to come out quickly and they easily diagnosed the problem and took care of the repair. I would highly recommend their service. Communication was excellent, they came out quickly and during the promised time, and they’re very professional and courteous.
