Jennifer called me back 2 minutes after I placed my initial call, and she said she could get a technician to me in approximately 24 hours. She also provided the lowest initial service/diagnostic fee of $85, compared to $199 from other places I called earlier. The next morning, Jennifer called me back and said a technician could come out in 30 minutes, as they had cancellations in the morning.
