“Mike has been taking care of my window air conditioners for years. Last year he cleaned my 2 units and let me know about problems they each had. They would need replacing in the future. Well as he predicted, the one that was in the worst condition is failing. Failing at the beginning of a long holiday weekend. "AUGH!!"
