“Mike has been taking care of my window air conditioners for years. Last year he cleaned my 2 units and let me know about problems they each had. They would need replacing in the future. Well as he predicted, the one that was in the worst condition is failing. Failing at the beginning of a long holiday weekend. "AUGH!!" They came out within the hour of me calling, fixed the problem, cleaned my outside unit, and answered all of my questions. Highly Recommend!!“

Happy with their service provided.I called A&R on a weekday afternoon for help with my refrigerator not cooling after 3 other companies would not be able to schedule for 2 days. Jennifer called me back 2 minutes after I placed my initial call, and she said she could get a technician to me in approximately 24 hours. She also provided the lowest initial service/diagnostic fee of $85, compared to $199 from other places I called earlier. The next morning, Jennifer called me back and said a technician could come out in 30 minutes, as they had cancellations in the morning. Nate came at the time expected and was able to quickly identify the problem. He was able to procure the necessary part and return, replace the part, and solve the problem in a timely manner.I am thankful for A&R's help, kindness, and professionalism, and for doing so faster than any other repair service company in NOLA could offer.“
